The resort’s steakhouse, Prime, serves Australian Angus Wagyu beef, fresh seafood and local produce, incorporating open food preparation stations, impressive wine displays and a ‘water courtyard’ seating area.

Overlooking the lagoon, Tapasake offers over-water seating and a menu that blends the concept of Spanish tapas with pan Asian flavours. At the property’s main restaurant,  La Terrasse, chefs prepare a wide range of  local and international specialities for guests seating in al fresco dining pavilions overlooking water features.

For a greener diet, guests can head to L’Artisan, one of the most renowned restaurants for vegan dining in Mauritius. Chef Matthew Kenney’s plant-based concept focuses on seasonal, locally sourced and sustainable vegetable dishes.
