Emirates opens bookings for its Expo 2020 Dubai pavilion

The space will feature multi-sensory interactive installations and a preview of the future of commercial aviation

From today, visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai can plan their visit to the Emirates Pavilion and book their preferred date and time slots in advance.

Located in the Opportunity District, in close proximity to the Al Wasl Dome, the four-storey Emirates pavilion will be open daily from 10am to 10pm.

It will offer multi-sensory interactions and a preview of the future of commercial aviation, including the role of science and technology over the next 50 years.

Meanwhile, the Future Lab will see visitors step into a laboratory to see experiments carried out by robotic arms, demonstrating technologies that will make the aircraft of the future faster, lighter and stronger.

Visitors will be able to design their perfect aircraft and “fly” their own personalised, futuristic aircraft through an ultra-haptic interface. The technology allows guests to build their aircraft – using elements such as engine type, wing design and livery – and run it through a flight simulator to get instant feedback on their design decisions.

Refreshments will be available at the café located on the first floor, and visitors can take home a memento from the Emirates Official Store, which will feature customised Emirates and Expo 2020 Dubai merchandise.
