The 2026 opening in Ho Chi Minh will bring the group's total number of hotels to 40

Nobu Hospitality has announced the upcoming Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Ho Chi Minh.

Set to open its doors in 2026, the tower will provide views of the city and the Saigon River.

The second Nobu pipeline property in Vietnam, following the announcement of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Danang, Nobu Ho Chi Minh Hotel will be located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh's historic District 1, near prominent landmarks and retail, dining and entertainment complexes in the city.

Housed in a 40-storey mixed-use complex, currently under construction, which will encompass office space, the hotel will occupy the upper floors and feature 135 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop swimming pool and a state-of-the-art fitness facility, with the ubiquitous Nobu restaurant on the 7th floor.

Including this and other pipeline projects, the group’s portfolio now stands at 40 hotels, 76 restaurants and 12 residences.
