Justin Purves assumes commercial leadership role

The Set Collection has appointed luxury hospitality veteran Justin Purves as Vice President of Global Sales.
Based out of London, UK, Purves brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to his new role. He has held senior sales and marketing leadership roles across major groups, including Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, he served as Senior Account Director at Belmond, part of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) group.
Purves brings experience in driving commercial growth across key global markets while managing long-standing client relationships. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening partnerships with travel advisors, expanding The Set’s presence in key source markets and creating new opportunities for collaboration between the group’s member hotels and the travel trade.

The appointment comes as The Set Collection continues to expand its global portfolio, most recently adding Shinta Mani Angkor in Siem Reap. The 105-key property features a collection of two-storey villas with private pools and rooftop lounges. Shinta Mani Angkor is the group’s second hotel in Cambodia, alongside Shinta Mani Wild, located in the Cardamom Mountains.
Worldwide, the collection comprises 17 hotels across the Middle East, Asia and Europe. In the GCC, the group operates The Chedi-branded properties across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar, strengthening its regional presence.
