Established in 2011, Travel Risk Professionals have grown to become a leading provider of Insurance and risk solutions to the UK Travel & Tourism Sector. Our dedicated team boasts many years’ experience and we offer a wide range of targeted insurance products and risk solutions. We have exclusive access to our own Liability and Indemnity scheme which has successfully run for many years. Following the Arab Spring many years ago, we crafted a bespoke 24/7 Crisis Response service for tour operators and travel agents that provides a wide range of expertise from ex-special forces personnel on the ground overseas, through to kidnap and hostage experts and Consulate/FCDO liaison through to trauma counsellors. Our PR & Media experts help protect the brand and our crisis coordinators allocate assets and resource as well as keeping all parties updated. Our in-house team includes a former travel industry lawyer, who is able to provide our clients with expert advice on a range of matters from booking conditions to ABTA Arbitration. But it’s not just about Insurance – We are passionate believers in education and providing clients with the tools to help themselves, particularly when it comes to crisis training, risk management planning or supplier selectin best practice. Our years of experience puts us in a great position to give something back for free and help our clients build resilience to risk.
