From Asia to Africa, Skyscanner reveals the top flight price drops for 2026
Skyscanner has revealed the best-value destinations for UAE travellers in 2026, with flight prices falling to 10 places across Africa, Asia, Europe and the GCC as connectivity grows and exchange rates remain favourable.
The findings show that 61% of UAE residents plan to take more holidays in 2026 than last year, with affordability a leading factor as 67% base decisions on flight costs, 60% on accommodation and 49% on visa fees. Increased low-cost connectivity, new routes and shifting seasonal demand are driving down prices, with the first quarter of the year, particularly March, emerging as the most affordable window, aligning with spring and Eid breaks.
From the forest-fringed shores of the coastal city of Davao in the Philippines to the misty hills of Salalah in Oman and the backwater charms of Kochi in India, here are the top 10 most affordable destinations from the UAE in 2026.
