From two resorts on Shura Island in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea to the world’s tallest hotel, these are the latest launches
A flurry of high-profile debuts closed out Q4 2025, headlined by Ciel Dubai Marina, now the world’s tallest hotel and home to a record-setting rooftop infinity pool.
Beyond the city lights, the UAE added two off‑grid escapes that tap into the demand for nature‑led, adventure‑forward stays, signalling the appetite for alternative accommodation in the region.
Elsewhere, Italy welcomed multiple launches, including the country’s first Nobu Hotel in Rome, while Frankfurt unveiled a restored heritage villa reimagined as the city’s latest luxury address.

1. Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, UAE
