The 1,530-key property is targeting a 3,000-strong workforce by late 2026
One of the UAE’s most anticipated hospitality openings, Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, is stepping up recruitment to fill hundreds of roles ahead of its 2027 debut, with some 137 positions currently listed on its careers portal.
Backed by Wynn Resorts, the US$5.1 billion integrated resort and entertainment destination will feature a 70-storey luxury hotel with 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and lounge venues, retail spaces, a marina, a theatre and the region’s first licensed casino facility. According to Wynn’s 2025 annual report, the property plans to hire around 2,750 employees during 2026, expanding to 3,000 by the end of the year.
Current vacancies span departments such as marketing, gaming operations, F&B, finance, events, IT, legal and retail, covering a range of seniority levels from operational specialists to executive leadership. Key positions include vice-president roles overseeing international marketing and revenue management, alongside several general manager posts for various divisions across the resort, from the beach club to individual dining venues such as Steakhouse by Alain Ducasse.
Recent listings include nine executive chef positions featuring a range of cuisines from Lebanese to Southeast Asian, as well as roles for a regulatory gaming compliance manager, government relations officer, yacht captain, executive housekeeper and director of floral operations.
In support of national employment goals, Wynn Al Marjan has launched a UAE National Talent Pool to encourage Emiratis to apply for current and future opportunities across departments including people and culture, finance and procurement.
To accommodate its growing team, the company is developing Wynn Oasis, a purpose-built staff community covering more than 105,000sqm near Marjan Island. Opening in 2026, the complex will house over 7,000 colleagues – approximately 80% of the resort’s planned workforce – and will offer fitness, recreation and wellbeing facilities.
