4,000 guests ring in 2026 with Maroon 5 at Atlantis Dubai’s New Year’s Eve gala

Atlantis, The Palm welcomed more than 4,000 guests to its annual New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December 2025, headlined by a live performance from US pop-rock band Maroon 5.

 

One of the world’s most commercially successful bands, with hundreds of millions of records sold globally, Maroon 5 took to the stage for a one-night-only show as the Dubai resort rang in 2026 in signature style.

 

The performance formed the centrepiece of the evening, with the band delivering a high-energy set featuring some of its best-known hits, including Moves Like Jagger, Sugar, Animals and One More Night.

 

Frontman Adam Levine led the performance, engaging the crowd with his trademark stage presence as guests danced into the early hours on what is traditionally the busiest night of the year for Dubai’s hospitality sector.

As midnight approached, the celebrations culminated in a large-scale fireworks display spanning Atlantis, The Palm and its neighbouring ultra-luxury sister resort, Atlantis The Royal. The show lit up the Palm Jumeirah skyline, providing a dramatic backdrop to the countdown and reinforcing Atlantis Dubai’s reputation for headline-grabbing New Year’s Eve spectacles.

 

The gala attracted a mix of hotel guests and Dubai residents, welcomed by a 30-piece live band, as well as drinks and canapés on arrival. Guests were then treated to free-flowing drinks throughout the evening and a buffet of lobster, caviar and sushi, roast meats prepared at open cooking stations, and a colourful array of desserts.

 

For those seeking a more exclusive experience, Atlantis offered a limited number of Signature Sky Suites, which sold out ahead of the event. Located in an elevated section of the venue, the suites provided VIP guests with private dining, a dedicated chef, butler and bartender, premium drinks and an exclusive meet-and-greet with Maroon 5.
