Venues must still adhere to the approved overall capacity of 60%
Members of the same family can now dine together in Abu Dhabi restaurants with no restrictions on numbers per table.
Abu Dhabi’s Emergency, Crisis & Disaster Committee made the announcement adding that all venues must still adhere to the approved overall capacity of 60% and maintain other precautionary measures.
The easing of this regulation comes almost exactly four months after restrictions were implemented in the UAE capital and follows a loosening of restrictions in Dubai, which recently reduced social distancing and allowed up to 10 people per table.
Social distancing regulations have been enforced in restaurants throughout the UAE for more than a year now as the country fights the coronavirus pandemic.
