Beachfront resort and branded residences slated to open in 2027
Luxury hospitality brand Aman has marked a major milestone in the development of Aman Dubai, having broken ground on its upcoming hotel and residences along the Jumeirah coastline.
Set to launch in 2027, the project will be located within Dubai Peninsula, a new ultra-luxury waterfront destination featuring a beach, superyacht marina, parks and a retail and dining promenade.
Spanning nine acres, the development will offer one of the largest private green environments in the city, including landscaped gardens, shaded courtyards, water features and walkable pathways.
The project will comprise an all-suite beachfront resort with around 100 keys and 82 branded residences designed by Kerry Hill Architects, each offering fully serviced living. Residences will feature large layouts, private terraces with swimming pools and panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. The hotel will also include a 2,890-square-metre Aman Spa and wellness centre, with priority access for residents.

A key component of the project is the Aman Club, set to be the largest in the brand’s portfolio at 9,500 square metres. The members-only facilities will include a spa, movement studio, indoor padel courts and outdoor tennis courts, also open to residents.
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, said: “Located in a prime position along the Jumeirah coastline, the project brings together both an urban and resort experience. This project is defined by its generosity of space, its relationship to the landscape and a quiet, enduring architectural language.”
The project is being delivered by H&H Development, with two penthouses already sold ahead of launch, reflecting growing demand for branded ultra-luxury living in the emirate.
Aman Group continues to expand its UAE footprint, with sister brand Janu set to launch two projects: Janu Dubai in DIFC, opening in 2029, and Janu Al Marjan Island, a waterfront destination in Ras Al Khaimah, opening in 2028.
Elsewhere in the region, the group will make its Saudi debut with Aman Hegra in AlUla, followed by Janu Diriyah in Riyadh, both launching in 2026. Amansamar, another hotel and branded residences development in Riyadh, will open in 2027.
