Abu Dhabi group aims to expand choices and simplify bookings
UAE-based Bin Ham Travel Group has renewed its partnership with global travel technology leader Amadeus, reinforcing a long-standing collaboration aimed at delivering seamless, tech-driven travel experiences.
Through the renewed agreement, the travel management company will benefit from Amadeus’ real-time content, data and services to curate personalised packages and streamline bookings across flights, hotels, car hire and ancillary services.
As part of the partnership, Bin Ham Travel Group will leverage Amadeus’ suite of digital solutions, including the Amadeus Online Suite Mobile App, designed to enhance customers’ booking journeys via mobile. Access to Amadeus Value Hotels (AVH) will also strengthen the company’s global hotel portfolio, while Amadeus’ NDC-X programme will enable advanced airline retailing and personalised offers.
Commenting on the collaboration, HE Ahmed Musallam Bin Ham, CEO of Bin Ham Travel Group, said: "The renewed partnership reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative travel solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The collaboration underscores Bin Ham Travel Group and Amadeus’ shared ambition to set new benchmarks in travel technology and support the UAE’s positioning as a global travel hub.
Founded in 1971, Bin Ham Travel Group, which includes which includes Bin Ham Travel, Salem Travel Agency, Al Amaan and Al Ain Express, serves as the exclusive general sales agent in Abu Dhabi for several major carriers, including Turkish Airlines, American Airlines, China Airlines, Thai Airways and Flydubai.
Amadeus continues to deepen its partnerships across the UAE. At WTM London, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi expanded its collaboration with the technology provider, leveraging AI-powered campaigns to drive more than 60% growth compared to the previous year. Earlier this year, Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism also signed a strategic MoU with Amadeus to build a digital tourism ecosystem and strengthen the emirate’s travel infrastructure.
