Former Hyatt executive joins Dubai group
Dubai-based Chedi Hospitality has appointed Milos Nedovic as its new Chief Asset and Investment Officer. The newly created role is designed to strengthen the group’s investment and asset management capabilities.
He joins the company with more than 15 years’ experience in finance and asset management across the luxury hospitality sector, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Rikas Hospitality Group. Before that, Nedovic spent nearly a decade with Hyatt Hotels, working across the Middle East, the Caucasus and Europe on both operating and pre-opening properties.
In his new position, he will oversee investment strategy and asset management across the group’s portfolio, with a focus on capital allocation, revenue optimisation and value creation for owners, investors and development partners. He will also lead technology integration to enhance the guest experience and optimise third-party property operations.

Stephan Schupbach, President and Group CEO of Chedi Hospitality, said: “We are pleased to welcome Milos to Chedi Hospitality at a pivotal moment in our journey. As we continue to grow, his financial expertise and commercial acumen will play an important role in strengthening our capabilities and supporting long-term value creation.”
Nedovic’s appointment comes as Chedi continues to expand its regional portfolio. Earlier this year, the group announced a new hotel in Oman’s mountainous region, Jabal Bausher, approximately a 20-minute drive from Muscat International Airport (MCT). The hotel will be the brand’s first new project in the sultanate in more than 20 years.
