Sailings span Europe and the Americas
Crystal Cruises will introduce four new Wellness at Sea retreats for its 2027 cruise programme.
Set aboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, the voyages will offer an expert-led, holistic journey centred on four key pillars: mental well-being, physical activity, culinary nutrition and longevity science.
Curated by Dalila Roglieri, Crystal’s Wellness Ambassador, the programme will feature culinary workshops, one-on-one nutrition consultations, aqua fitness, breathing classes, strength training, yoga and Pilates sessions, alongside lectures focused on ageing and longevity science, with activities tailored to each sailing.

Roglieri said: “From movement and nutrition to mindfulness and connection, these voyages bring together an exceptional group of specialists dedicated to helping guests invest in their wellbeing at sea and long after the journey ends."
The cruise will feature programming led by field experts, including yoga and mental wellbeing specialist Jenni Demus, strength and fitness specialist Minna McHale, culinary nutrition specialist Chef Abbie Gellman, and Pilates specialist and doctor of physical therapy Mary Ann Adornato.
The voyages will span itineraries across the Americas and Europe from spring through autumn. The first sailing departs Fort Lauderdale on 20 March for a transatlantic journey to Las Palmas in the Canary Islands, arriving on 2 April aboard Crystal Symphony. The programme will include lectures exploring bone health, alongside restorative practices such as sound healing and breathwork.
The next sailing takes place aboard Crystal Serenity from Panama to New York between 20 August and 3 September, marking the ship’s Wellness at Sea debut. The voyage will feature an enhanced pickleball experience led by Pickleball Player Kat Valos and include an onboard tournament for guests. The second Crystal Serenity retreat will take place between New York and San Juan from 12 to 21 October, featuring similar programming focused on movement, mindfulness and wellbeing.
The final Wellness at Sea retreat of 2027 will take place aboard Crystal Symphony, sailing between Lisbon and Fort Lauderdale from 8 to 22 November. The transatlantic voyage will focus on mindful living and the connection between food and wellbeing.
The cruise line continues to expand its wellness offerings, most recently introducing a seven-night round-trip retreat from Lisbon aboard Crystal Serenity in October 2026. The voyage will mark the ship’s debut of Sanctum, a Dutch practice combining breathwork, exercise and meditation through a music-led format.
