Crystal Grace reveals new dining concept
Bistro lounge returns with largest iteration
Crystal Cruises has announced The Bistro, a new dining venue set to debut on Crystal Grace, the line’s upcoming ship launching in 2028.
Located on Deck 5, The Bistro will offer coffee, tea and light bites throughout the day in a relaxed lounge setting. New additions include Badiani gelato and warm savoury dishes for sailings in colder regions. It will accommodate 65 guests in the main lounge and a further 22 in the adjacent seating area, making it the largest bistro lounge in the brand’s fleet.

Earlier this year, Crystal confirmed the return of three existing dining venues already aboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.
Umi Uma, also on Deck 5, will feature a dedicated sushi bar and main dining room, offering signature dishes by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, including black cod and Chilean sea bass.
On Deck 10, Osteria d’Ovidio will serve Italian cuisine led by chefs Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo. The venue will incorporate both indoor and outdoor seating, sharing its open-air terrace with Beefbar, the ship’s steakhouse by restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi.
Crystal Grace will be the line’s first new-build ship in 25 years. Scheduled for delivery in May 2028, the vessel will embark on its maiden voyage from Civitavecchia in Rome, Italy on 11 June, sailing an eight-night itinerary through Croatia, Montenegro and Greece before ending in Venice.
The 650-passenger ship will also debut the brand’s first Owner’s Suite, featuring a private veranda and multiple living areas. A further six suite categories will be offered onboard, including a Penthouse Suite.
