Brand’s first UAE beachfront resort will debut in Dubai Harbour with 185 rooms
The Dubai Beach Edition is set to take over a coveted plot at Dubai Harbour, occupying a prime seafront spot with sweeping Arabian Gulf views.
This project marks Edition’s first beachfront resort in the UAE and third property in the country, following The Abu Dhabi Edition and The Dubai Edition in Downtown Dubai.
Scheduled to open in 2029, the property will feature 185 rooms and suites alongside 165 Edition-branded residences designed with the brand’s signature minimalism.
Guests can expect uninterrupted sea views, private beachfront access, several dining venues and a range of amenities, including retail stores.
The residences will feature spacious two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, each designed with refined simplicity and access to elevated resort-style amenities and services.
