Dubai hotel reopens after major renovation on 25th anniversary

Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has reopened after a major renovation, featuring a new look, refreshed spaces, brand-new dining destinations and enhanced guest experiences. 

 

A beachfront favourite with locals and travellers since opening in 2000, the property in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) marks its 25th anniversary with updated spaces throughout and will hold anniversary events on 27 November 2025.

 

Renovation highlights include in-room technology upgrades, a redesigned open-plan lobby and ground floor with softer finishes and more natural light, and modernised leisure facilities. 

 

The outdoor area now offers a new adults-only pool, in addition to the existing family and kids’ pools, redesigned surrounding gardens and expanded beach capacity.

Dining options have also evolved. The former Wavebreaker Beachside Restaurant has a new name, expanded area and updated menu, while the all-day venue is now Oceana Kitchen, offering more space and serving international cuisine and themed night buffets. 

 

The H20 Pool Bar has also been redesigned with new interiors and a refreshed menu featuring light bites. 

 

New additions to the property’s dining scene include MarBar Rooftop Tapas Bar on the 10th floor, combining Spanish dishes with handcrafted cocktails and JBR skyline views, alongside Villa Verona serving modern Italian cuisine and Taliah’s Café in the new-look lobby.
