UAE’s latest ultra-luxury hotel will welcome guests from 14 March 2025

Ultra-luxury hotel Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will officially welcome its first guests from 14 March 2025, with bookings for Dubai’s latest landmark property now open.

Jumeirah Group’s new addition, nestled between Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, is designed as a futuristic superyacht, matching the nautical themes of its sister properties.

Designed by renowned architect Shaun Killa, the creative genius behind the Museum of the Future, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will have 300 rooms and 86 suites, 11 restaurants (including Japanese, Greek and Indian concepts), four bars, four swimming pools, a private beach and a superyacht marina, with six waterfront dining destinations.

Rooms and suites are all inspired by “nautical glamour”, with soft colour palettes and spacious terraces taking in ocean, marina and skyline views. There are also 82 private residences close to the marina.

The signature Talise spa will provide wellness facilities across three floors.

This year is shaping up to be a celebratory year for Jumeirah, having marked the 25th anniversary of the iconic Burj Al Arab in December 2024.

Also set to open this year is Jumeirah The Red Sea in Saudi, located on The Red Sea Project’s Shaura island, while in Switzerland, Jumeirah Le Richemond Geneva is slated to open after refurbishment.

Newly appointed CEO Thomas B Meier is tasked with overseeing the next stage of growth as Jumeirah aims to double its portfolio from 30 to 60 properties by 2030.
