Flynas introduces Saudi Experiences platform to boost tourism bookings

Saudi low-cost airline Flynas has launched a new digital tourism platform, Saudi Experiences, offering travellers a new way to discover and book various cultural and adventure experiences across the kingdom.  

The channel offers more than 150 activities and guided tours across more than 15 different destinations in the country, ranging from outdoor experiences to heritage workshops. Future expansions will also include tickets for live events, such as concerts. The service is available to both international and domestic travellers, providing an end-to-end solution to discover, plan and book excursions. 

The platform, first revealed during the Tourise 2025 forum, was created in partnership with the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) and centres on four key pillars including growing local tourism, highlighting unique Saudi experiences, simplifying booking processes and offering integrated travel products.

The initiative follows a record year for tourism in Saudi, with the kingdom recording 123 million visitors in 2025, according to the Ministry of Tourism’s (MoT) 2025 Annual Statistical Report. Momentum has continued into 2026, with tourism spending reaching SAR82.7 billion (US$22 billion) in the first quarter, as per data from Cavendish Maxwell. 

Saudi continues to introduce new landmarks, most recently announcing a new stargazing attraction in AlUla. The project will feature one of the world’s largest observatories, complete with one four-metre and two more two-metre telescopes.
