Nader Halim brings 25 years of hospitality experience to JBR’s 752-key duo

Hilton has appointed Nader Halim as Cluster General Manager for its two beachfront properties in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) – Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk – where he will oversee operations for a combined 752 keys.
Halim, who was also recently named Area General Manager for Dubai South and Salalah, now expands his leadership portfolio across key Hilton properties in the UAE and Oman.
With more than 25 years of hospitality leadership experience across the Middle East, Halim has built a strong reputation for driving performance, nurturing high-performing teams, and delivering transformative guest experiences.
Halim will lead the revitalisation of the 25-year-old Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, with a vision to re-establish the resort as JBR’s leading destination for dining, lifestyle and social experiences.

Previously, as Cluster General Manager for Hilton’s Yas Island properties in Abu Dhabi, Halim oversaw a team of more than 800 employees and achieved outstanding results in revenue, occupancy, and event partnerships. Under his leadership, the hotels were named official partners for major global events including the IIFA Awards and Future Hospitality Summit.
He also championed several sustainability and community initiatives, such as on-site beehives, a hydroponic vertical farm supplying fresh produce to hotel restaurants, and inclusive mentorship programmes supporting Emiratisation and people of determination.
