Luxury Kampos retreat offers guided local experiences
Hyatt has opened Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros, its first Greek island property under the Destination by Hyatt brand. The luxury retreat is inspired by the region’s Cycladic heritage.
Set in Kampos village, the 50-key property is a short drive from Parikia Port and Paros Airport (PAS). Select rooms feature private pools, terraces and sea views, while interiors draw on whitewashed Greek architecture and natural materials, including marble, stone and wood.
Dining venues include Naoo, serving contemporary cuisine and evening cocktails, and Aniyo, which focuses on local flavours and regional ingredients. A poolside bar is also open to guests and available for private events.

Wellness takes centre stage at the 120-square-metre Nipson Spa, complete with two saunas, double treatment rooms and several relaxation spaces. Guests can partake in ancient Greek healing traditions and rejuvenative therapies. Outdoors, a large pool with cabanas and sun beds is also available.
The hotel also offers curated island experiences, including guided tastings with local producers, artisan workshops and excursions to hidden beaches and traditional villages.
Manuel Melenchón, Managing Director for EAME South, said: "Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros has been carefully curated to channel the legacy of the Ancient Parian Chronicles, whose famous marble inscriptions have been reinterpreted for the culturally curious traveller.”
The opening marks Destination by Hyatt’s second property in Greece, joining Zélia Halkidiki, an adults-only coastal resort in Nea Potidea, Greece. Globally, the brand’s portfolio spans 25 hotels across nearly 10 countries.
Europe remains a key market as destinations such as Greece report a record 37.98 million tourists in 2025. Future expansions in the continent include a new Sealeven Hotel & Residences in Croatia.
