Group adds Ray Hotel by Cloud 7 to portfolio
Kerten Hospitality has taken over operations of Ray Hotel by Cloud 7 in Mangaf as the lifestyle hospitality group continues expanding its Kuwait portfolio.
Located along the Arabian Gulf, the property becomes Kerten Hospitality’s second project in Kuwait following the launch of The House Hotel Al Khiran in 2021.
Running under the Cloud 7 brand, the hotel will offer accommodation, dining venues, wellness and fitness facilities and flexible event spaces targeting both leisure and business travellers. The property will collaborate with Kuwaiti artisans, creators and culinary talent as part of its guest experience strategy.
Marloes Knippenberg, CEO of Kerten Hospitality, said the group had seen rising demand in Kuwait for hospitality concepts centred around community and lifestyle experiences.
“Since opening The House Hotel Al Khiran, we’ve seen a growing appetite for destinations that go beyond accommodation to create a sense of belonging,” she said.
“This new project is designed to connect travellers and residents alike, reflecting Kuwait’s energy and creativity through lifestyle experiences and community engagement.”
