Mandarin Oriental, Doha unveils 4 Liberty-designed suites
Stays at the Qatar property include bespoke amenities, gifts and private showroom access
Mandarin Oriental, Doha has introduced four newly redesigned accommodations created in collaboration with Liberty London, the British design house known for its distinctive prints and patterns.
The new partnership reflects Liberty’s arrival in Qatar with its first showroom outside the UK.
Four of the hotel’s 158 rooms and suites, originally designed by David Collins Studio, have been reimagined using inspirations drawn from Liberty’s 150-year archive of more than 60,000 pattern books, paintings and artworks.
Among them is the Baraha Presidential Suite, an expansive retreat overlooking Msheireb Town Square that offers generous living and dining spaces, a master bedroom, kitchen, study, entertainment room and private majlis, complemented by dedicated butler service.
The refreshed interiors feature fabrics and motifs from Liberty’s Botanical Atlas and The House of Liberty collections, incorporating rich florals, layered textures and geometrics that blend seamlessly with Mandarin Oriental’s contemporary aesthetic.
A Junior Suite and a Deluxe Room have also been refurbished in Liberty’s standout prints.
To complement the launch, the hotel has introduced The Liberty Experience for guests booking one of the Liberty Rooms & Suites.

Starting from QAR 1,700 per night, the package includes daily breakfast at Mosaic, bespoke welcome amenities, a Liberty-branded gift and late check-out until 3pm.
Guests also receive exclusive access to the new Liberty Home showroom at Msheireb Galleria, including a private tour and personalised consultation, followed by refreshments at the Liberty Café.

Located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha, the city’s cultural district, Mandarin Oriental, Doha blends modern elegance with Qatari heritage across its 117 rooms, 41 suites and 91 serviced apartments, all featuring marble bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Dining choices span nine venues including French-Mediterranean restaurant IZU and Cantonese fine-dining venue Liang, and there’s a spa offering traditional hammam rituals, plus two rooftop pools.
