Luxury property to open at Bodrum’s Kazıklı Cove in 2030
Marriott International will expand its luxury footprint in Türkiye with the debut of a St Regis resort in Bodrum, set to open in 2030.
The project marks a milestone for the group, which will reach 100 properties across its operating and pipeline portfolio in the country once complete.
The beachfront property, developed in partnership with Kuzu Group, will bring the St Regis brand’s luxury rituals and signature butler service to the southwestern Aegean coast, an area famous for turquoise waters, historic heritage sites and a lively contemporary resort scene.
Located in the scenic Kazıklı Cove, the beachfront resort will offer direct access to lovely stretches of coastline while remaining close to Bodrum’s old town.
The St Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum is expected to house 138 guest rooms, a selection of dining venues and a wide range of leisure facilities.
Plans include both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, kids club, spa, and dedicated venues for meetings and events.
