Pipeline includes debut of Anantara in Miami and Colbert Collection in London
Minor Hotels has expanded its global pipeline with new signings across Thailand, the UK and the US, including the debut of its Colbert Collection brand, a curated portfolio of independent hotels focused on food, social spaces and destination-led experiences, as well as the launch of Anantara in the US market and Carribean markets.
The pipeline includes resort signings, a London conversion project and a US development, with openings and rebrandings scheduled between 2026 and 2030.
The 32-key beachfront resort on Chaweng Beach will mark the first Colbert Collection property in Asia. Currently operating as Buri Rasa Village Samui, it will transition to Minor Hotels management on 1 May 2026, with rebranding scheduled for Q1 2027 following renovation. Facilities will include dining venues, a swimming pool, fitness centre and spa. The property is located 15 minutes from Samui International Airport and will join the group’s existing portfolio.

A 63-key beachfront resort on Thong Nai Pan Noi Beach will join the Avani portfolio. The property, currently operating as Buri Rasa Village Phangan, will transition to Minor Hotels management on 1 May 2026, with rebranding planned for Q1 2027. Facilities include a beachfront pool, dining venues, kids club and a gym. The resort is located next to sister property Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas.
Set to open in Q4 2026, the 50-room property will mark the brand’s UK debut. Located in Piccadilly, the hotel is being developed through the conversion of a former NatWest bank and office building. The Grade II listed building, designed by Sir William Curtis Green, is being redeveloped in partnership with Royal Group of Companies Singapore.
Scheduled to open in 2030, the development will mark the Anantara brand’s entry into the US market. The tower in Miami’s Edgewater district will include 50 hotel suites, 100 private residences and 120 resort residences. Facilities will include a wellness centre, spa and rooftop helipad. Design is led by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with interiors by Patricia Urquiola.
The Anantara brand is also set to debut in the Caribbean with Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences, scheduled to open in 2029. Located on the Sandy Point coastline of North Caicos, the low-density development will feature 78 branded residences, including beachfront villas available for private ownership. Facilities will include a private marina connecting the property to surrounding cays and the wider archipelago. The project is being designed by Miami-based RAD and Meyer Davis, with a focus on indoor-outdoor living.
