Adel Ahmed Al-Saif, Chief Executive Officer, Heyazah Real Estate Development, said: “With its integrated mix of hospitality, offices, retail and lifestyle offerings, Prime Square is positioned to contribute meaningfully to Riyadh’s evolving urban landscape and growing visitor economy."
Minor Hotels continues to expand across the GCC, most recently opening Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel & Residences in April 2026, marking the brand’s debut in Oman. The 79-key property serves as the sultanate’s first hotel located on a championship golf course.
In Bahrain, the group will introduce two new properties in Q4 2026. Set within Bilaj Al Jazayer, the kingdom’s newest beachfront destination, the adjoining Tivoli and Avani resorts will feature shared access to a private beach, leisure facilities and selected dining outlets.
The expansion comes as Saudi continues to report record tourism growth. The kingdom welcomed 123 million visitors in 2025, according to Ministry of Tourism (MoT) data.
