All 104 matches will be shown live at sea between 11 June and 19 July
Norwegian Cruise Line will broadcast the 2026 FIFA World Cup across all of its ships. All 104 matches taking place in the US, Mexico and Canada between 11 June and 19 July will be aired live on two dedicated special event channels and available to watch on catch-up within a 24-hour period, NCL has confirmed.
This covers Prima and Prima Plus Class vessels, including Norwegian Luna due to launch from Miami in March this year.
The cruise line joins Carnival Corporation brands; Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises, Seabourn and Cunard, in securing rights to broadcast the tournament on their ships.
Speaking to sister publication Travel Weekly, Gary Anslow, Vice-President and Head of UK and Ireland at NCL, said: ”This is a unique moment that unites nations like no other event.
“Whether guests are cheering for their home team or simply soaking up the exciting spirit of the tournament, we want to make sure no one misses out on these historic moments while exploring the world with us."

In addition to bringing the excitement of the World Cup onboard, Norwegian Cruise Line continues to enhance its guest offering on shore as well, with major developments underway at its private island, Great Stirrup Cay, in the Bahamas. The destination, which is expected to welcome more than one million guests across 17 ships in 2026, is undergoing a series of significant upgrades set to debut in phases throughout 2026.
Set across 268 acres, Great Stirrup Cay is being transformed with new facilities including a pier capable of accommodating multiple ships, eliminating the need for tendering, a tram system for easy island access and a host of new leisure spaces, some of which are now open to guests.
