Kerzner’s Courchevel project scheduled to open in 2030
Kerzner International will debut its One&Only brand in the French Alps with the launch of One&Only Courchevel, scheduled to open in 2030.
Located in Courchevel 1850 within the Jardin Alpin district, the luxury resort will mark the brand’s first alpine property and follows the recent debut of One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, US.
The development will transform the historic Courcheneige Hotel site into a ski-in/ski-out resort overlooking the Bellecôte slope within Les Trois Vallées, the world’s largest ski area. Plans include guest rooms, suites, branded residences, wellness facilities and multiple dining venues.
The project will combine traditional alpine architecture with One&Only’s luxury residential-style design approach while preserving elements linked to the heritage of the original property.

Philippe Zuber, Chief Executive Officer of Kerzner International, said: “The arrival of One&Only marks a defining milestone not only for our brand, but for the future of luxury hospitality in the Alps.”
The Courchevel project forms part of Kerzner’s wider international expansion strategy across resort and branded residential developments. The group recently announced two projects in Saudi Arabia, including Atlantis and One&Only resorts on Jeddah’s Red Sea waterfront, and is also preparing to debut the Atlantis brand in the Maldives in 2029.
Kerzner continues strengthening its footprint across the GCC and wider luxury hospitality market through its Atlantis, One&Only, Siro and Rare Finds brands. Earlier this year, The Meydan Hotel Dubai reopened under Kerzner management as part of the Rare Finds portfolio following an extensive refurbishment.
