The launch will mark the brand’s first foray outside of Europe
The 25 Hours Hotel group will make its regional debut with 25 Hours Hotel One Central in December 2021.
The property, which will be the operator’s first outside of the European continent, will be located adjacent to the Dubai World Trade Centre, and overlook both the Emirates Towers and The Museum of the Future.
Set in the heart of Dubai’s financial district, the hotel will feature 434 rooms and suites. Interior design firm Woods Bagot has drawn inspiration for the decor from the region and combined it with a nod to the future.
Facilities will include a co-working space, a painting and pottery studio, a podcast recording room and record decks
In addition, the hotel has partnered with MINI to allow guests to explore the city. Alternatively, the hotel’s Schindelhauer e-bikes will be on hand to cover shorter distances. Other leisure facilities include a spa and a mixed-use rooftop sauna.
Guests opting to dine on-site will be able to choose from traditional Bavarian concept, Ernst; Northern Indian cuisine with a British twist at Tandoor Tina; a café called Nomad Day Bar by Dubai-based coffee roasters Nightjar, and Berlin import Monkey Bar.
The Group’s CEO Christoph Hoffman said: “25 Hours Hotel One Central is the most exotic 25 Hours project I have experienced so far. From the beginning of this adventure, our aim was to create a new Dubai experience of hospitality.
“Actually we want it to become the living room, the party cellar, the speakeasy, and the romantic hideaway, as well as the place for relaxed and creative business meetings, with various inspirational spaces, including a fun rooftop for visionary thoughts. It’s a new home and playground for the local community, and, of course, for travellers from all over the world.”
The 25 Hours Hotels brand was founded in 2005 and currently operates 12 properties in nine cities, including Berlin, Paris, Zurich and Vienna.
