Radisson Collection hotel brand to make Frankfurt debut

Radisson Collection Hotel is set to debut in Frankfurt, following a new agreement for a 189-room luxury property in Four Frankfurt, one of Europe’s largest mixed-use developments.

 

Scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027, the hotel will occupy the landmark 173-metre T2 skyscraper, becoming the second Radisson Collection property in Germany after Berlin. Located between Frankfurt’s banking district and luxury retail quarter, Four Frankfurt combines offices, residences, retail, dining and hospitality in one of the city’s most connected locations.

 

The hotel’s 189 rooms and suites will span floors 11 to 19, offering expansive views of the Frankfurt skyline. Interiors, created by Radisson Hotel Group’s in-house design and architecture team in Madrid, will follow a concept inspired by Frankfurt’s historic architecture, financial business hub and cultural heritage.

 

Facilities will include a lobby with a lounge and bar, a restaurant with around 135 seats and a fitness centre. In addition to the hotel’s F&B, Radisson will also introduce publicly accessible dining venues to the Four Frankfurt district.

Frankfurt’s hospitality scene continues to expand, with Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) opening Taj Hessischer Hof Frankfurt, marking the Taj brand’s debut in continental Europe following the restoration of the historic Grandhotel Hessischer Hof.

 

The city has also strengthened its tourism infrastructure with the renovation of Frankfurt Airport’s (FRA) Terminal 3, which can accommodate up to 19 million passengers annually. The airport was recently named among the World’s Most Beautiful Airports in the 2026 Prix Versailles awards, recognising excellence in architecture and passenger experience.
