Targeting close to 50 hotels in Saudi Arabia by 2030, the kingdom led the group’s 2025 regional openings with five new properties. Among them, Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Al Sahafa in the northern Sahafa District offers 171 rooms with floor‑to‑ceiling windows, multiple dining venues, a kids’ club and a grand ballroom.
Situated in the ministries quarter, Radisson Blu Hotel and Convention Centre, Riyadh Minhal features 310 accommodations across nine categories, including a lavish Royal Suite with a hot tub and an outdoor terrace. Guests have access to two restaurants, a fitness studio with sauna and steam room, and a rooftop outdoor swimming pool.
In Madinah, Radisson Hotel Madinah, located just steps from the Quba Mosque, adds 165 accommodations, including 53 business suites. Amenities include a lobby café, restaurant and poolside juice bar. The group has also advanced an agreement with Knowledge Economic City to develop a new Park Inn by Radisson hotel and serviced apartments in Madinah, aligned with growing midscale and long-stay demand.
Luxury push continues
In 2026, the group will strengthen its luxury footprint across the region with the opening of Radisson Collection Residence Riyadh in Q1, a high-end serviced-apartment product with 170 apartments, including eight penthouses and four villas, many with terraces. Facilities will include two restaurants, a rooftop pool, a 24-hour fitness centre and a wellness centre with sauna, steam and whirlpool facilities, alongside tailored health programmes.
The UAE remains a priority market, with a second Radisson Red lifestyle hotel signed. Set to open on Ras Al Khaimah’s Marjan Island in 2027, the hotel will feature 280 keys, four F&B outlets, a swimming pool, gym, spa, MICE facilities and a private beach area.
Egypt regained scale in 2025 as the group rebuilt its pipeline with close to 1,000 keys, creating a strong runway into 2026. Signings such as Radisson Resort North Coast, Egypt underscore the group’s focus on leisure-led growth, supported by longer-term luxury lifestyle projects including Radisson Collection Resort, Marsa Alam, planned for 2027, and a Radisson Collection property set to debut on the Red Sea at Port Phoenice, also in 2027.
Lebanon adds further depth to the regional portfolio with the signing of Radisson Mountain Resort in Faqra, reinforcing the group’s focus on differentiated leisure experiences across key markets.
Commenting on the region’s momentum, Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer, Middle East, Northeast Africa, Greece & Cyprus at Radisson Hotel Group said: “Saudi Arabia remains a powerhouse, Egypt is back with real scale, and the UAE is producing more of the right opportunities, including conversions and branded residences.
He added: “With a sharper focus on Radisson Collection for lifestyle luxury, and art’otel and Radisson RED strengthening our lifestyle value proposition, we’re turning momentum into keys and building a pipeline designed to perform.”
