New property joins existing Magawish complex
Rixos Hotels has opened Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View in Hurghada, adding a second property in the destination and expanding its Red Sea all-inclusive portfolio in Egypt.
Located a 15-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport (HRG), the five-star resort sits adjacent to Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas, which opened in 2021. Together, the two resorts create an integrated beachfront destination, with Bay View guests also able to access dining, leisure and entertainment facilities at the neighbouring property.
The 442-key resort features rooms equipped with smart technology, alongside select Skyline Suites with private rooftop infinity pools and 17 private villas.

Leisure facilities comprise nine swimming pools, including a beachfront infinity pool, a marina and water sports ranging from paddleboarding to water skiing.
Additional offerings include the Anjana Spa, with treatments such as traditional hammam rituals and massage therapies, fitness sessions hosted by the Exclusive Sports Club and a curated programme of daytime activities and evening performances.
Erkan Yildirim, CEO and Managing Director of Rixos Hotels Egypt, said: “Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View strengthens our vision of redefining luxury all-inclusive hospitality in the Red Sea.
“Together with Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas, it creates a dynamic destination that brings design, dining and lifestyle experiences together in one exceptional setting.”
The opening marks Rixos Hotels’ eighth property in Egypt. Elsewhere in the region, Rixos recently launched Rixos Murjana along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, the kingdom’s largest all-inclusive resort. Located in the King Abdullah Economic City, the 488-key property spans 275,000 square feet and is the first resort in Saudi to feature an integrated water park.
