Riyadh Air opens bookings for Mumbai flights

Riyadh Air has opened bookings for daily flights between Riyadh and Mumbai, marking the Saudi carrier’s first destination in India and its 10th route as it continues to expand its international network.

The daily service will launch on 4 August 2026, operating between King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh (RUH) and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai (BOM) aboard the airline’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners featuring Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins.

The outbound flight departs RUH at 14:05 and arrives at BOM at 20:35, while the return service leaves BOM at 22:05 and lands back in RUH at 23:50. Economy fares start from SAR585 (US$156) one-way, while Business Class fares start from SAR2,537 (US$676).

The launch comes after Riyadh Air opened bookings for seasonal flights to Málaga in Spain, and year-round services to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Dhaka in Bangladesh, as it continues to expand its global network.

Owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), Riyadh Air operates alongside flag carrier Saudia as the kingdom’s second national airline. The carrier is also preparing to launch its Sfeer loyalty programme, allowing members to share points, qualifying spend and selected benefits with family and friends.
