Ultimate Family Suite and Panoramic Suites also added before Alaska 2026 sailings
Royal Caribbean is adding 40 staterooms to Ovation of the Seas during its Royal Amplified upgrades ahead of the 2026 Alaska season.
The two-story Ultimate Family Suite – complete with slide and kids activities – will also be added to Ovation, as well as Panoramic Suites with floor-to-ceiling windows. This will take the total number of guest rooms on Ovation of the Seas to 2,131.
The additional accommodation will be added on decks 5, 9, 12, 13 and 16 in spaces previously taken by a conference centre, suite lounge, technical areas, the photo gallery, and part of the fitness centre. The Suite Lounge will be relocated to the area used as a teen lounge.
The Ultimate Family Suite includes a balcony with jacuzzi and table tennis table, games room and cinema and separate master suite for parents. Part of the highest Star tier, guests will also enjoy complimentary drinks, specialty dining and the dedicated Royal Genie butler service.
The planned refurbishment work on Ovation, which took its maiden voyage in 2016, will also see Casino Royale expand and a new nightclub Sound Cellar. Ovation will also have a reimagined pool deck.
