Renovated JBR property debuts new spaces designed to foster guest connection
Marriott International has rebranded Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach as Sheraton The Walk, Dubai, bringing Sheraton’s focus on connection and community to a popular tourist location between Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).
Sheraton The Walk, Dubai joins an established portfolio of Sheraton-branded properties in the emirate, including Sheraton Grand Hotel, Sheraton Dubai Creek and Sheraton Mall of the Emirates.
Originally opened in 2019 under the Delta Hotels by Marriott flag, the property underwent a major renovation in 2022, enhancing guest experiences with refreshed interiors and the addition of Jones the Grocer. Now, following a further extensive renovation, it has reopened as Sheraton The Walk, Dubai with reconfigured layouts, new room categories, refreshed interiors and additional concepts.
The hotel now offers 361 spacious rooms and apartment-style suites, including newly introduced four-bedroom configurations designed for extended stays and larger groups.
Positioned as a family- and pet-friendly environment, the property is a short walk from the JBR public beach, multiple cafés, restaurants, boutiques and Ain Dubai, billed as the world’s tallest observation wheel.
Public and guest spaces have been redesigned to reflect Sheraton’s “Gathering Place” concept, encouraging social interaction and productivity. The lower plaza level now features community tables with integrated wireless charging, soundproof booths for focused work and studios that can flex between meetings and private dining.

The new Sheraton Club Lounge provides an exclusive space with elevated offerings for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, while the &More by Sheraton concept introduces a multipurpose café-market hub for casual dining and socialising.
The hotel’s dining portfolio remains anchored by its popular venues. Jones the Grocer continues to offer gourmet all-day dining, Fogueira Restaurant & Lounge serves Brazilian specialities with live entertainment and skyline views, and the Speakeasy Bar delivers a lively setting for small bites, sports screenings and live music. The swimming pool and gym have also been revitalised as part of the rebrand.
The shift from Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach to Sheraton The Walk, Dubai aligns with Marriott Bonvoy’s strategy to strengthen its legacy brands in key destinations. While the Delta Hotels brand continues with a single Dubai property at Dubai Investment Park, the refreshed Sheraton The Walk, Dubai underscores the group’s focus on design, technology and community-oriented spaces.
