The city’s first community-centric boutique hotel is gearing up to welcome guests

The House Hotel Jeddah is opening this month in City Yard, a new lifestyle and business centre in Jeddah’s upmarket Al Rawdah district. Owned by Irish company Kerten Hospitality, The House Hotel brand is a luxury boutique concept.

The 114-key hotel will be the focal point of the trendy City Yard complex. Highlights include Baker & Spice retail space and restaurant focusing on artisan food, which will provide innovative in-room dining and serve breakfast throughout the day.

City Yard’s Plaza is where guests and residents can come together to enjoy a collection of regional, local and homegrown restaurants and lounges, and a busy calendar of events and entertainment. Restaurants at the Plaza include Dubai import Akiba Dori, with a menu inspired by Tokyo anime; Indian restaurant Kumar, and Alsayed, one of the oldest fish restaurants in the Kingdom.
