Property features party suites and a champagne bar
Kleindienst Group has opened voco Dubai Nice The Heart of Europe, the second Voco hotel within The Heart of Europe development on Dubai’s World Islands and a key milestone in the AED18.3 billion destination. Set 6 kilometres off the coast in the Côte d’Azur cluster, the French Riviera-inspired, adults-only resort is directly connected to Voco Monaco Dubai and is reachable in around 15 minutes by speed boat from the mainland.
The 264-key hotel comprises Deluxe and Premium rooms plus End Suites and Party Suites, all with balconies and Arabian Gulf views designed to channel relaxed coastal glamour.
Five dining venues include La Brasserie for modern European fare and La Rive, a beachfront restaurant serving seafood sourced in partnership with the Dubai Fishermen’s Association, supporting the destination’s sustainability ambitions. A Champagne Bar, La Discothèque nightlife venue and a pool bar with DJ sets and handcrafted cocktails cement the property’s positioning as a high-energy, adults-only escape.
Guests also have access to multiple beaches, a 24-hour fitness centre, spa, various watersports and a rotating calendar of seasonal entertainment, alongside four meeting rooms and a ballroom for up to 150 guests.
The hotel connects directly to The Heart of Europe’s Raining Street, a 1-kilometre-long, climate-controlled boulevard engineered to recreate European weather in an island setting.

Voco Dubai Nice forms part of an expanding pipeline on The Heart of Europe, which will eventually feature 20 hotels and resorts and more than 5,000 keys across six themed islands. Upcoming openings include Cannes- and St Tropez-inspired five-star hotels, the 150-key Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection, and Hygge Hotel, a 96-key wellness-led boutique concept, along with Bauhaus-style waterfront villas on Germany Island and the Floating Lido underwater vessel resort.
By 2027, the cluster will also welcome Buddha-Bar Hotel and Buddha-Bar Beach with 162 overwater keys and a strong lifestyle, dining and entertainment focus.
Commenting on the launch, Josef Kleindienst, founder and Chairman of Kleindienst Group, said the second hotel opening in under two years is “a powerful validation” of the group’s vision for The Heart of Europe, adding that the project is “no longer introducing a concept” but “delivering a destination” and positioning The World Islands as a “globally recognized hospitality hub and a long-term investment proposition.”
