Enclave in Ras Al Khaimah to include 299 suites, beach butlers and on-demand dining
Upcoming integrated resort Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE has revealed the first details of its first destination, Enclave, an ultra-exclusive address conceived as a “mansion in the sky”.
On track to open in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah will cover more than 60 hectares, with 1,217 rooms, 24 dining venues and the Middle East’s first casino.
Enclave, which will occupy the uppermost floors of Wynn’s striking 300-metre tower, will deliver a “highly private experience” with its own guarded entry drive, exclusive lobby and just 15 suites on each floor.
There will be 299 suites in total across four configurations, from the 75-square-metre King Suite to two expansive, two-storey Royal Apartments each measuring 1,500 square metres.
All suites will have a residential feel, with dual in-room private pantries providing curated offerings split between AM and PM.
Interiors by acclaimed designers Anouska Hempel and Pinto Design will draw design inspiration from the surrounding Arabian Gulf, delivering a soothing palette of platinum, sapphire, gold and sea mist.
Facilities will include a private reserve pool and beach along the east edge of the resort’s tropical gardens, with three pools, cabanas, bungalows and beach butlers offering on-demand dining.
There will also be a restaurant above the grand lobby, serving breakfast exclusively to Enclave guests, which will then transform into a venue serving Lebanese cuisine for lunch and dinner, helmed by a renowned Beirut and Paris restaurateur set to make his UAE debut.
A private lobby lounge and concierge salon will feature an intimate living room experience with an outdoor veranda, serving morning coffee, afternoon tea and evening champagne and cocktails paired with a petit menu from the Lebanese restaurant.

Describing Enclave as “an experience unlike anything that exists in this region”, Todd-Avery Lenahan, President of Wynn Design & Development, said the challenge was to create intimacy within grandeur and to redefine the integrated resort experience.
“With the imagining of Enclave, we’ve invested exceptional design sensitivity into the importance of personal scale and a heightened sense of individual recognition,” he added.
Beyond Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island will offer an integrated resort experience that includes 24 international dining, lounge and club venues, an opulent spa and beauty destination and a skylit shopping promenade featuring leading luxury brands.
There will also be 12 pools, a private beach and a deep-water marina for superyachts.
Among the UAE’s fastest-growing destinations, RAK saw a record 1.28 million overnight arrivals in 2024, up 5% compared to 2023, and aims to attract 3.5 million by 2030, boosted by Wynn Al Marjan and other developments, including the world’s first multi-branded waterfront destination, Mira Coral Bay.
