Property marks group’s second kingdom project since 2010
Luxury hospitality group Raffles Hotels & Resorts has debuted in Jeddah, marking the brand’s first new Saudi Arabia property in more than 15 years following the launch of Raffles Makkah Palace in 2010.
Located along Jeddah’s Corniche, the hotel is close to landmarks including Fakieh Aquarium, Al Shallal Theme Park and Boulevard Jeddah, while King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) is a 25-minute drive.
Raffles Jeddah features 182 rooms, including 40 waterfront suites, with interiors inspired by Saudi heritage and Hejazi design elements such as mashrabiya screens and wooden latticework. Room sizes start at approximately 66 square metres, among the largest hotel accommodations in the kingdom.
The property’s F&B selection includes all-day brasserie Surl’O and Atorie Lounge & Patisserie, blending French and Japanese influences. A Mediterranean restaurant is scheduled to open later this year.

“From the architecture and art to culinary and wellness experiences, every detail reflects our commitment to creating a destination that feels both locally rooted and globally sophisticated.”
Raffles is also preparing to open Raffles The Red Sea later this year, joining a growing number of hospitality brands expanding into the destination. Located on Shura Island, the resort will comprise 121 rooms, five dining venues and the signature Raffles Spa & Wellness experience. Elsewhere in the region, Raffles operates properties in Doha, Manama and Dubai.
