Impending arrival of MSC Euribia among highlights
The first cruise ship of the season has arrived in Bahrain, officially kicking off the 2024-25 season and marking the beginning of an exciting chapter in the region's growing tourism sector.
Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KBSP), which is operated by APM Terminals, welcomed visitors to Bahrain this month (November 2024).
KBSP cruise terminal is equipped to accommodate the world’s largest and most advanced cruise ships, offering seamless passenger handling and top-tier amenities.
The 2024-25 cruise season is expected to bring increased economic activity, foster collaborations across Bahrain’s travel and hospitality sectors and highlight the country’s unique heritage to international visitors.

Among the season's highlights is the arrival of MSC Euribia, one of the world’s most environmentally advanced cruise vessels using energy-efficient technologies and innovative systems that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
This aligns closely with APM Terminals' global decarbonisation strategy, as well as Bahrain’s national sustainability goals.
