Culinary star to launch special menus on Queen Victoria
Cunard has forged a new partnership with Nathan Outlaw, whose restaurants on land have won Michelin stars.
A version of Outlaw’s one-star Fish Kitchen restaurant in Cornwall will feature on four cruises by Queen Victoria in the Mediterranean next summer.
The restaurateur will personally oversee the five-course seafood tasting menus for 60 passengers at a time.
The four-voyage series start on a 14-night sailing from Barcelona to Civitavecchia, the port of Rome, on 7 July, with Outlaw sailing on the first seven nights of the cruise.
He will host live cooking demonstrations and appear as an Insight Speaker in the Royal Court Theatre for a series of intimate Q&As.

The latest culinary development follows Cunard announcing that it will reunite with two Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux for a new series of Le Gavroche at Sea takeovers across four Norwegian fjords sailings in 2025.
