New properties to tempt travel clients with set to open in the UK, France and Corfu

The Middle Eastern traveller tends to favour new experiences, therefore tempting travel clients with new openings is likely to appeal to this leaning. Europe is set to see several new opening in the coming months; here are five to whet the travellers' appetites. 

Sun Street Hotel, London, UK
Opening October 2022, Sun Street is a new five-star hotel on the borders of Shoreditch and the City of London. A five-minute walk from Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations, Sun Street’s traditional Georgian frontage and vibrant interiors reflect the hotel's location at the intersection of two contrasting areas of the capital. Le Grand Mazarin, Paris, France
Opening early 2023, Maisons Pariente has chosen the heart of the Marais for its new five-star address, Le Grand Mazarin. Located at the corner of rue des Archives and rue de la Verrerie, near the Hôtel de Ville, the first urban hotel of the collection embodies the "cosmopolitan eclecticism emblematic of the Marais", say the reps. Dao By Dorsett Hornsey Town Hall, London, UK
In Spring 2023, the Dao By Dorsett brand is set to expand into North London with the opening of its third location, Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Town Hall. Following a significant investment and restoration project, the aparthotel will be housed in the fully restored Grade II listed building, with a heritage stretching back almost 80 years. Room2, Belfast, Northern Ireland
Real estate investor and developer Lamington Group has announced plans to open a new Room2 hometel in Belfast in Spring 2023. Room2 currently has three locations, in Southampton, Hammersmith and Chiswick. Room2 Belfast will offer 175 rooms spread across nine floors, a café/restaurant, coffee roastery, meeting and work spaces, gym, bar and lounge. www.room2.com
