US$500 million Trump Resort in Oman slated to open in 2028

The resort will include members-only Cliff Hanging Night Club

Trump Resort in Oman is set to welcome guests in December 2028. The opening date was announced by a Trump International spokesperson who revealed further details of the US$500 million hotel development.

Part of a mixed-used real estate offering, the 140-key hotel will be positioned 100 metres above the Gulf of Oman and offer clifftop views, private infinity pools and access to an 18-hole championship golf course.

Other facilities will include multiple restaurants, a private beach, a wellness centre and childcare services, as well as a members-only Cliff Hanging Night Club.

Located less than half an hour from Muscat International Airport, the development will also have furnished villas and serviced apartments, including Trump Signature Villas that come with an elite golf club membership and a Trump-branded golf cart.

“In collaboration with [Saudi property developer] Dar Global, we are thrilled to launch Trump International Oman, heralding a new era of sophistication, impeccable service and exclusivity synonymous with the Trump standard of excellence,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organisation.

Further to the Trump Resort update, Dar Global has also announced it has partnered with The Trump Organisation to bring the Trump Tower to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.

The Jeddah project signifies Dar Global's debut in the Saudi city, and the development aims to cater to the luxury Saudi market and appeal to international investors, according to Dar Global.
