Hospitality group Ennismore's 25hours brand is diversifying into residential real estate with its debut project, 25h Heimat.
Derived from the German word for 'home', 25h Heimat aims to integrate the popular hotel brand's DNA into everyday life with a UAE residence developed by East and West Properties and presented by D&B Properties.

Located in Downtown Dubai, a five-minute drive from the Dubai Mall and a 20-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, the 70-plus-storey 25h Heimat will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as studio units and duplex penthouses with unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa.
