Process will speed up terminal transit for passengers
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has partnered with local airport services company Morafiq to launch a new home check-in service for its passengers in the UAE capital.
The service includes luggage processing to reduce wait times and unnecessary stress at the terminal.
The Home Check-In service can be booked via the Morafiq app or website, or through Air Arabia’s website or customer service phone line.
A Morafiq representative will arrive at the passenger’s home to collect their luggage and provide them with boarding passes.

On arrival at the airport, passengers can bypass the check-in counters and head straight to security.
Home baggage collection and check-in service can be booked from 24 to five hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
Air Arabia’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Adel Al Ali, said the move supports the airline's "commitment to providing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers".
