Bahrain has suspended entry of travellers from countries on its 'red list,' which includes India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
The decision by the country's Civil Aviation Affairs was based on recommendations from its National Medical Taskforce for Combatting the Coronavirus, the Bahrain News Agency reported.
, but will have to provide a PCR test before boarding a plane and quarantine for 10 days upon their return.
Passengers arriving from countries not included on the 'red list' are exempt from quarantine and PCR tests if they can present a Bahrain-accredited vaccination certificate.
