Locals will get 20% off stays and dining throughout 2024
The recently reflagged Banyan Tree Dubai is offering GCC residents stays with up to 20% off best available rates, breakfast and 20% off dining and spa treatments.
The discount is valid for valid until the end of January 2025, though blackout periods apply during special holidays. The deal includes flexible cancellation policy and early check in and late check out times, to be confirmed. Guests must present their GCC National ID cards on arrival.
The 20% dining discount applies at Demon Duck, the hotel’s speciality restaurant overseen by celebrity chef, Alvin Leung, who takes inspiration from the rich culinary tradition of China and across Asia.

Bills are also reduced by 20% at Havana Social Club, which serves an extensive list of Caribbean spirits and cigars, and at its all-day dining restaurant, The Lounge.
Offering 178 rooms and suites, 96 apartments and one lavish four-bedroomed villa, the hotel also offers three outdoor swimming pools, the resort offers a top-of-the-range fitness centre, a beauty salon and the brand’s award-winning Banyan Tree Spa.
Located on Bluewaters Island, the Banyan Tree Dubai launched in December 2023 on the site formerly occupied by Caesar’s Palace Dubai.
