Dnata unveils travel retail store in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates

UAE travel agent continues rollout of new and expanded travel spaces

Global air and travel service provider Dnata has officially opened the doors to its new retail store in Dubai, UAE.

Situated in the Mall of the Emirates, a flagship location for Dnata for more than a decade, the relocated and expanded space provides guests with expert personal travel advice. Its experienced, multi-lingual team can support travellers with UAE staycation bookings and international itineraries, including hotels, tours, attractions and transfers.

GCC residents can also access exclusive rates, with the latest travel offers including wellness packages and destinations popular with regional travellers, from the Indian Ocean islands to Thailand and Sri Lanka.

In January 2025, guests can stay at the Shangri-La Hambantota, on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, for three nights with 45% savings on their stay.

This latest store opening marks the next step in Dnata’s continued investment in its retail footprint, following the launch of new stores at Dubai Mall and City Centre Al Zahia, Sharjah, in 2024. A pipeline of new retail stores is launching, while existing stores are set for future refresh.

Matthew Vlemmiks, Dnata Travel Leisure Manager, said: “This comes at a time of major developments and growth for our brand as we continue to enhance our retail footprint and online presence, offering the latest and best travel deals, including many exclusives for UAE travellers.”

Located on the ground floor of Mall of the Emirates, close to Carrefour, store opening times are Sunday to Wednesday, 10am to 10pm; and Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 12pm.
