The curated menu was developed by master chefs and champagne experts
UAE’s flagship carrier Emirates has revealed its latest lounge offering at Dubai International Airport – a new champagne and canapés pairing menu in its bespoke Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge.
Developed in partnership with its partner of 32 years, Moët Hennessy, the collaboration was curated over several months by Emirates master chefs and champagne experts from the house of Moët & Chandon.
Created exclusively for Emirates, the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge has a golden wave design embellished with 2,400 intricate gold leaves, applied individually by hand.
Within the lounge, four of Moët & Chandon’s champagnes are available, with the latest collection launched last month featuring Moët & Chandon Impérial, Rosé Impérial, Nectar Impérial and Grand Vintage 2013.
Emirates passengers can spend their time pre-flight learning about pairing and they can further sample and explore the pairings.
The first Champagne guests are invited to sample is Moët Impérial Brut. The second to be featured is Moët Rosé Impérial, with the third being Moët Grand Vintage 2013. The final drop featured in the pairing menu is the Moët Nectar Impérial.
