Ennismore partners with Tilal to open new hotel in Saudi

The 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar is set to open in 2028

Ennismore and Tilal Real Estate Company are to join forces to deliver 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar in Saudi Arabia in 2028.

The 250-key hotel with serviced apartments will be part of a new mixed-use development, Heart of Khobar.

Embracing the brand’s “you know one, you know none” motto, the hotel “will be personalised using original art, quirky props and curated objects layered with the 25Hours signature sense of humour”.

Guests can expect to sample multiple restaurants, a pool and gym.

As part of the development, Ennismore & Tilal will introduce Ennismore’s co-working brand, Working From_, to Saudi.

The 2,000 sq m workspace will have desk spaces and offices set around kitchen pantries and will offer different types of memberships.

Working From_ member benefits include free access to meeting rooms, free printing, lunch desk delivery, and access to special hotel room rates and food and beverage discounts.

Khobar is one of the triplet cities of the Dammam Metropolitan Area and connects Saudi Arabia with Bahrain via a 25km over-sea bridge.
